About Elizabeth Clark

Elizabeth Clark is the author of 'Flirt Guru' and 'Single to Settled' - which was voted 'Book of the week' by You Magazine in January, and featured on ITV1's 'Des and Mel' and 'BBC Breakfast'. Elizabeth is a member of the Professional Speakers Association and, along with her writing and PR work, founded Rapport Unlimited in 2002 to provide business speaking and training.

Challenge

Although they catered for different audiences, Elizabeth's businesses lacked a coherent brand identity that clients could relate to. In addition, existing sites for Rapport Unlimited and Flirt Guru were difficult to navigate and didn't portray the professional image Elizabeth required.

Solution

To effectively reach different audiences, three websites were produced: RapportUnlimited.co.uk promotes business speaking and training, FlirtGuru.com promotes Elizabeth's writing and Elizabeth-Clark.co.uk provides an online profile promoting her PR work to the press. All three sites were developed using the same format but with a distinct look-and-feel targeting respective audiences.

Benefits

As well a being cost-effective, using a consistent template for all three sites ensures visitors recognise they are part of the same group. The use of individual sites for different audiences means information is presented in a clearer and more concise way, with the added benefit of increasing Elizabeth's online presence. Initial feedback from clients is very positive and Elizabeth is confident sales will increase as a direct result.
